DELIVERY TERMS

After your order has been placed and we have received your payment, we will send you your order confirmation by e-mail. In Turkey, we only deliver live flowers to Istanbul and Ankara. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 20:00.

Please contact us if you have a different request. We will always try to help you.

Your order will be prepared in the form closest to the one in the image between the delivery times you have specified and delivered to the address of the Buyer. In case of any delay, Rn Flowers informs the User / Sender.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Rn Flowers strives to provide the best customer service available. It is our belief that as a real flower shop, we understand and appreciate the concerns of Internet shoppers regarding the security and proper fulfillment of their orders. We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed:

We work with only Female Floral Designers who take the utmost care in preparing your flowers. Due to the perishable nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns. Refunds and returns are not possible for perishable items (fresh flowers and plants). All orders are final, we do not accept cancellations.

Please note that florists may substitute flowers according to market availability, we strive to let all our customers know if any substitution is made.

When a customer allows substitutions, this means that the sender is allowing Rn Flowers to use flowers they have available to work with while trying to keep the arrangement as similar as possible. This may mean that the recipient does not necessarily receive an arrangement identical to what is pictured though every effort is made to do so. In cases of specialty items, such as items in a ceramic container, a different container with similar value will be used.

Rn Flowers is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Rn Flowers will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
